COPS Portal New User Interface Proposals
Presenting the potential modernization of the COPS Portal user interface. The new design introduces a refreshed color palette with a dominant white background, replacing the previous grey theme. A key feature is the collapsible left navigation, providing more space for content. The UI is designed for intuitive use and faster access to information.
Search Page
The revamped search page brings advanced functionalities for faster and more accurate product discovery. Beyond classic search, it features saved searches and quick search suggestions. Results are displayed clearly with options to add products to comparison. Advanced filters on the left allow detailed refinement, crucial for extensive catalogs.
Documents Page
A centralized hub for all document types, from technical specs to marketing materials. Documents are organized into clear categories for easy browsing. In-document search functionality and filtering by file type or date ensure users find necessary information quickly.
Orders Page
The orders page offers a comprehensive overview of past and active orders. Each order includes detailed status info, dates, and cart contents. The layout is optimized for quick scanning with highlighted key data.
Cart Page
The cart is designed as the final step before checkout, giving users a clear overview of selected items. (Visuals for this section are currently pending, but will follow the same clean aesthetic as the rest of the portal).
Admin Pages
The administrative section is a proposal from our side. The dashboard includes graphical displays of sales statistics by branch, time period, and product type. Management of messages, documents, and price lists is simplified with intuitive forms and clear tables.
